Senior Project Manager Infrastructure – Banking<br>Job Summary:<br>Halain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our client, a leading Bank in the UAE. As a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the successful execution of infrastructure projects across the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely delivery of projects, adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards, while effectively managing project teams and stakeholders.<br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables, to successfully implement infrastructure projects in line with bank’s strategic objectives. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. </li><li>Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Assign responsibilities, provide guidance, and ensure clear communication channels among team members to promote efficient project execution. </li><li>Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, including business units, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Conduct regular communication, ensuring alignment of expectations, managing dependencies, and addressing concerns or inquiries promptly. </li><li>Risk and Quality Management: Identify and assess potential project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to established standards and compliance requirements. </li><li>Budget and Resource Management: Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial updates to key stakeholders. Optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel, technology, and infrastructure assets. </li><li>Change Management: Drive effective change management practices to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation. Develop communication strategies, manage resistance, and foster a positive change culture within the organization. </li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and lessons learned. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting project status, key milestones, risks, and recommended actions. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices in infrastructure project management. Leverage this knowledge to propose process improvements, optimize project methodologies, and enhance overall project delivery effectiveness. <br></li></ul>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
