The infrastructure &amp; Security position is responsible for maintaining the Network &amp; security of Money Fellows. This position will assess the current security controls environment and develop security strategies and roadmaps to mitigate any risks. This position will also evaluate and implement new security platforms that strengthen security by defining requirements for new security technologies, selecting those technology solutions through a bidding process, and overseeing the implementation and configuration of the system. This position will administer security platforms including but not limited to intrusion detection systems, e-mail security filtering, web content filtering, change detection, endpoint security, and DLP.<p><br></p>This position establishes security operations processes, procedures, and high standards to ensure effective detection and response to threats. This position is the escalation point for all security incidents.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Act as the 2nd-level of support for internal/ external user problems</li><li> Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AD/DC, Azure AD, O365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, VPN, File Server, Print Server, WSUS, WDS and IIS, Single-Sign-On (SSO)</li><li> Apply hotfixes and security patches to all systems and devices</li><li> Install, configure, and test all high availability, backups, and DR solutions for managed systems hardware and software</li><li> Hands-on experience working in Azure DevOps, GCP, and AWS environments.</li><li> Technical knowledge in Wi-Fi, Load Balancing, API, MFA, Malware Sandboxes, Mail Gateways, WAF, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)</li><li> Work on fixing vulnerabilities reports generated after penetration testing</li><li> Monitor and report on all related infrastructure OKR’s to meet and exceed the target from the initial response, remote fix rate, first-time fix, resolution time, and SLA targets</li><li> Handle network infrastructure (Routing &amp; Switching)</li><li> Perform regular security audits and tests to find any vulnerabilities and work to close it</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proven experience (3 to 7 years) as a System Engineer, Network Administrator, or similar role</li><li>Proven experience and knowledge of virtualization (Ex: Hyper-V, VMware)</li><li>Must have professional certification in Microsoft MCSA, MCSE</li><li>Must have excellent knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery</li><li>Experience in network administration (LAN, WAN) and patch management</li></ul>
