<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Senior IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s information technology infrastructure. This includes designing and implementing technology solutions, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s data. The Senior IT Specialist will work closely with other members of the IT team, as well as other departments throughout the organization, to ensure that technology is aligned with business needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Design and implement technology solutions to meet business needs, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.</p><p>- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.</p><p>- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s data, including implementing data backup and disaster recovery solutions, as well as monitoring for security threats and vulnerabilities.</p><p>- Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.</p><p>- Develop and implement technology policies and procedures, including those related to data security, user access, and software licensing.</p><p>- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations to management about new technology solutions that could benefit the organization.</p><p>- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts to ensure that the organization is getting the best value for its investments.</p><p>- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use technology tools and systems.</p><p>- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring that the team is meeting its performance targets.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p>- 3+ years of experience in IT, including experience in a senior-level IT role.</p><p>- Strong technical skills in areas such as network infrastructure, security, and software development.</p><p>- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.</p><p>- solid background of ITIL<span>, IP Telephony and CCTV, Office 365 and Domain , Networking & Security</span></p><p><br></p>
