Job Mission:

The HR Manager will be driving organizational & talent agenda working closely with internal and external stakeholders – EVI teams and CODI, 16 CBS around the world, partners and vendors (events & recruitments).
Geo scope: Russia & CIS, Middle East, Europe, Central and Latin Americas as well as EVI central teams (Located in Paris & Evian) – Around 80 Eviers to support in the scope.
Transversal scope: organizational projects aimed at efficient orga design and ways of working, internal communication and community animation, team capabilities development, performance, development cycle and annual salary review, etc.

Main responsibilities:

The job scope consists of 3 pillars with a number of subprojects:
HRBP: Attract, Engage, Develop
β€’ Anticipate and escort talent acquisition by co-building Talent Roadmap and rolling it out together with EVI Leadership Team and CBS Talent Teams.
β€’ Recruit EVI Talent, co-developing meaningful onboarding path.
β€’ Co-build dynamic and global talent pool for EVI to cover our long-term talent needs
β€’ Manage OVH Budget > Risk & Opps analysis – Recruitment & Learning Budget Control
Organization: Engagement, Communication & Collaboration
β€’ Build and implement internal communications strategy to engage EVI people and strengthen sense of belonging all around the world. Leading annual activation plan for key communication channels such as Workplace.
β€’ Lead monthly EVI townhall with engaging agenda, answering to business needs.
β€’ Lead yearly EVI Convention with internal and external stakeholders.
β€’ Monitor, track and define action plans regarding team engagement (DPS, EVI Pulse, actions plan adhoc).
β€’ Stakeholder Management with local & regional HR teams: defining collaboration, ways of working to ensure efficiency, lobbying, EVI connectivity in ONE DANONE context.
HR Processes: Accuracy and Efficiency
β€’ Animating Performance cycle for EVI-ers (focus and yearly animation, moderation and tracking performance cycle)
β€’ Lead, analyse and execute a smooth ASR / STI process (17 CBS / 19 Currencies & Merit Matrix)
β€’ Challenging and redefining current HR Admin processes
β€’ Updating and implementing EVI policies & guidelines.
β€’ Lead transversal transformational project inside the scope and transversal EVI.
On top, the HR Manager will team up with the EVI HRD and/or HRBP in ongoing talent management and organizational development projects
Professional experience in a multinational environment, leading topics and/or projects across countries/regions in volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous context.
