Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Human Resources activity execution in accordance to department and division objectives.
• Ensure company compliance according to company Corporate Governance policies
• Support General Administration activities and strategies
• Support Business Administration team members in other related activities.

General
• Review and Monitor monthly Time & Attendance, Payroll of all associates
• Ensure company compliance as per company Corporate Governance and Risk Assessment rules
• Implementing associate relations activities and strategies.
• Review and implement employee Learning and development objectives
• Facilitate internal associate committees to improve associate engagement
• Renew associate Medical Insurance and Travel agency coordination for associate requirements.

Reporting
• Weekly / Monthly reporting on associate relations programs and activities
• Monthly reporting on Employee requests, and Employee records updates (incl. residency visa status) and target achievement
• Monthly PDCA for business improvement
• Reporting on Compliance and Risk achievement as needed

KPI’s
• Timely completion of associate programs and objectives
• Timely recruitment of new associates
• No delays in approvals, activities implementation

Background & Qualification:
• Minimum – Graduate with 5-6 years experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training & Development-related area.

Knowledge
English Language, Clear Oral and Written Communication, Negotiation (Basic), Computers skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

General Skills
