<p><strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong></p><p>Support corporate level HSE transformation and change management planning including all related requirements, systems, processes, performance measures and communication. Provides project management support for Corporate HSEQ department’s change initiatives. Supports HSEQ department’s change initiatives to ensure alignment with QatarEnergy’s HSE policies, senior management expectations and QatarEnergy’s business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Skills </strong></p><ol><li>Minimum of 10 years relevant experience and at least 3 years in HSE change management. </li><li>Professional international certification in HSE would be an added advantage (e.g.: NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent). </li><li>Knowledge of HSE practices. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams. </li><li>General understanding of business process improvement programs (e.g.: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). </li><li>High computer literacy and proficiency in systems data analysis and management. Including knowledge of visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Power BI). </li><li>Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. </li><li>Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle. </li><li>Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Education </strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is required. </li><li>Post-graduate business qualification would be an added advantage</li></ol>
