<p><strong>Main responsibilities (minimum of 3 key points in category please) will include:</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly. </li><li>Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure. </li><li>Gather, process and retain data including personal information; job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave accrual records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.</li><li>The role is required to answer first line HR Policy and Processes queries</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Operational &amp; technical responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain awareness and knowledge of local HR practices within Gulf and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organization on company policy and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate the contract generation, new joiner and exit process as defined by the Regional HR Services Manager</li><li>Coordinate and issue employee requests related to letter generation</li><li>Research, analyze, design and maintain information systems in support of human resource administration and projects</li><li>Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements</li><li>Provide continued support to HR ensuring system processes are aligned with HR and business processes defined to meet organizational requirements in coordination with the HR Management team.</li><li>Facilitate the implementation of the various HR system tools</li><li>Collate data for company’s surveys and reporting.</li><li>Collate and verify payroll data and reports on a monthly basis </li><li>Manage HR ticketing tool addressing employee and manager concerns on the agreed SLA. Maintain customer requirements and update the tool when necessary. </li><li>Support HR team in maintaining the company’s communication platform particularly in the employee corner’s policies, information and documentations.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Minimum requirements of role </strong></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to follow pre-defined policies and processes</li><li>Where necessary use initiative to review and implement system changes in collaboration with Regional HR Services Manager </li><li>Excellent written and oral English language skills</li><li>have a basic knowledge of MS Office (or similar)</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn new things</li><li>Experience as HR Generalist or Shared Services role in a professional work environment</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working within finance or insurance industry </li><li>CIPD accreditation.</li><li>Experience of HR transformation and varied HRMS systems</li></ul>
