<strong>Job Purpose</strong><p><br></p>The purpose of this job is to handle all HR operation work including attendance, leaves, payroll, government relations (Qiwa, GOSI, HRSD, Mudad, Taqat, Muqeem, etc.), violations and disciplinary, traveling, health insurance, forms and letters, work contract and any other related work.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Track employees’ attendance and reflect that on the HR system to ensure compliance to the attendance policy.</li><li>Process all types of leaves’ requests and ensure the adherence to the leaves’ policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare and process the payroll as per the HR policies and procedures guide and with cooperation with the accounting team.</li><li>Upload the required payroll files to the Wage Protection System (Mudad) and ensure that our company is abiding by the Saudi Labor System.</li><li>Process all types of requests on Qiwa such as work permit renewal, services transfer, Iqama renewal, work contract electronic documentation, etc.</li><li>Process all types of requests on GOSI such as adding new employee, deleting exiting employee, etc. </li><li>Process all types of requests on Muqeem such as Iqama, services transfer, printing Iqama, etc.</li><li>Provide new employees with supporting materials such as, ID, email, laptop, etc. in cooperation with recruitment team and other related departments.</li><li>Maintain Rewaa’s Nitaq as targeted to ensure full utilization of government support and to avoid any penalties.</li><li>Utilize Taqat programs and stay up to date with new programs and changes.</li><li>Follow official governmental news and notify the HR management of new or amended regulations and laws that are related to HR.</li><li>Investigate employees’ violations and suggest proper disciplinary actions as per the violation and penalty policy.</li><li>Manage traveling bookings such as annual leaves for non-Saudis, business trips, etc. as per the traveling policy.</li><li>Add, delete, and process requests that are related to health insurance policy as per the HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Handle the process of End of Service (EOS) for exiting employees in accordance with the HR policies and procedures and the Saudi Labor System.</li><li>Prepare official letters requested by the employee as per the HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure that our files have the required documents for each employee such as CV, ID information, transcripts, etc. in accordance with the Saudi Labor System.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact with the employees and process their requests or divert them to the concerned HR sub-department.</li><li>Ensure all safety measures are applied and cooperate with the L&amp;D team to enhance safety awareness. </li><li>Continually work on automating HR processes to enhance the speed and the quality of the delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements And Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Saudi Nationality.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other related field. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations and preferably in a start up company.</li><li> Competencies:</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>(Functional):</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Technical HR Expertise.</li><li>Needs Analysis.</li><li>Data Literacy.</li><li>Project Management.</li><li>Program Planning and Development.</li><li>Customer Focus.</li><li>English and Arabic proficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>(Organizational):</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Teamwork and Collaboration.</li><li>Problem Solving and Decision Making.</li><li>Organizational Awareness.</li><li>Communication.</li><li>People Leadership.</li><li>Dynamic Learning Mindset.</li><li> Technology:</li><li>HR software (ZenHR, Jisr, MenaItech, or any other)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work Environment</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>This is a 100% office job in our Riyadh office.</li><li>The job holder is to perform their duties in the office as it requires communication with employees at all levels.</li><li>Rare visits to governmental agencies may occur; such as Taqat, HRSD, GOSI, etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Compensation And Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive monthly salary</li><li>Stock Option Plan.</li><li>21 working days annual vacation.</li><li>Health insurance for the employee and their spouse and children.</li><li>GOSI registration.</li><li>Rewaa is one of the expected-to-be Saudi Unicorn companies with great opportunities to develop.</li></ul>
