<ul><li>Can do the end to end payroll processes.</li><li>Should have very good knowledge in handling Employee Relations including performance evaluation/appraisal and compensation and benefits.</li><li>Must know how to create HR policies and memorandums.</li><li>Must have a good experience in recruitment process.</li><li>Must possess strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Can multi task and well organized.</li><li>Should have an experience in handling a PRO and knowledge on its day to day tasks and different immigration processes.</li><li>Fluent in English language both written and verbal.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the same role or higher position (Senior HR Officer, HR Supervisor, or Asst. HR Manager) in Qatar.<br></li></ul>
