​Charterhouse is currently working with a highly prestigious organisation within Professional Services. Our client has offices across the Globe and is looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor to join their Team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a Senior HR Professional, who has worked in a corporate environment including legal sector.

About the role
A varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of Human Resources function including operations, implementing company policies and procedures and handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Abu Dhabi office.

This is a Senior HR position, so therefore, you will be responsible for employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits. The suitable candidate will have generalist experience having worked across all areas of HR. This role will see you as the main point of contact for professional and legal staff, therefore it is key to be an approachable and personable individual.

About you
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE labour law and a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the Middle East. Strong experience in HR preferably within Professional Services, Legal or a similar sector will be beneficial for this role.

The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. You must be able to handle diverse situations with confidence and multi-task under demanding deadlines. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
