We do that by truly scaling our agency clients and showing our hundreds of thousands of followers how they can do the same. 🚀🚀</p><p><br></p><p>We are a META Business Partner and Tiktok Partner agency that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco).</p><p><br></p><p>We are now looking to double the size of our agency (from ~15 to 30) and this is one of the most strategic key roles. 🔥🔥</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We have taken many of our clients (partners) from zero to 7-figure and now looking to significantly scale our efforts and are looking for the right person to lead us there by designing highly converting ads, emails and social media content. </p><p><br></p><p>You will design original content that will add value to our target audience and translate into engagement, growth and brand recognition and increased reputation. This role is fully remote and full-time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p><p><br></p><p>👉Design across our own social media platforms in a way that fits the company branding and culture</p><p>👉Design content for our clients ads in a way that converts best and achieve different objectives</p><p>👉Be open for feedback and A/B testing different scenarios with colleagues</p><p>👉Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate</p><p>creative concepts</p><p>👉Creating and designing brand identity and brand uplift and social media look and feel</p><p>👉Collaborating with other people in team and externally to create media</p><p>👉Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention</p><p>👉Has managerial skills to lead the project launch from a to z</p><p>👉Other related duties</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><br></p><p>▶️ Extensive experience in an in-house creative department or design firm</p><p>▶️ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio</p><p>▶️ Advanced Photoshop, IN and Illustrator skills</p><p>▶️ Work experience with a digital agency/art director preferred</p><p>▶️ UI/UX experience strongly preferred</p><p>▶️ Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHY JOIN TRM RIGHT NOW?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>🚀 Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companies</p><p>🚀 Working with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationship with us </p><p>🚀 Opportunity to be part of a growing agency that is unique in the Arab world and expanding</p><p>🚀 Flexible / Hybrid Remote Model</p>
