Job Description

Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
• Product packaging development design to conception
• Generating fresh concepts and mood boards
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Keeping up to date with industry developments
• Managing outsourcing partners : Freelance designers / Photographers and Videographers
• Planning and handling vigorously budget assigned for any Design related projects
• Reviewing junior designer or freelancers’ drafts to ensure quality
• Creating and Maintaining brand guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication in Arabic and English
• A minimum of four years’ experience as a Graphic Designer within a retail/fashion or agency environment.
• Experience in typography and print production will be an advantage
• Prior Senior role, ideally in the beauty, fragrance, luxury environment
• Prior experience with SM design
• Valid Drivers license
• Strong Network of Photographers / Videographers and Design Freelancers within Dubai
