Job Description

<p><u>Design Material:</u></p><ul><li>Providing templates for main brand and different programs</li><li>Designing project specific material: event, mailer headers, sales material, forms, signs</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Social media:</u></p><ul><li>Developing strategy and content calendar</li><li>Developing visuals</li><li>Writing/approving captions</li><li>Approval of all posts submitted by marketing and program managers</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Video:</u></p><ul><li>Coming up with concept, storyline and copy</li><li>Editing and adapting to different sizes and mediums</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Performance marketing:</u></p><ul><li>Supplying agency with all material needed for paid media:</li><li>Videos</li><li>Ads</li><li>Banners</li><li>Approving all copy and content written</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Website and App:</u></p><ul><li>Working with UX designer on structure and customer experience</li><li>Supplying developers with overall design: look, colors, fonts, layout</li><li>Working with copywriter on copy and content</li><li>Supplying all material needed: images, banners, videos etc</li></ul><p> </p><p> <u>Suppliers:</u></p><ul><li>Working with suppliers for production of:</li><li>Signs</li><li>Tshirts</li><li>Displays</li><li>Uniforms</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>In facility projectors and screens:</u></p><ul><li>Developing videos for the projector in the room: cycling, yoga, GX and martial arts</li><li>Adapting promos for projectors, kiosks and vertical screens</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Branding:</u></p><ul><li>Creating sub brands strategy and identity like: Adam + Eve, Betabox</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Who we’re looking for:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Design &amp; Multimedia</li><li>Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread your own work</li><li>Strong command of design softwares (such as Illustrator, Photoshop) &amp; video editing softwares (such as Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and AfterEffects).</li><li>Familiar with canva to create templates and designs</li><li>Experience in digital designs such as: Social media content, Video editing, GIFs, and Digital related designs</li></ul><p> </p><p><u>Interpersonal skills:</u></p><ul><li>Team player</li><li>Fast learner</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Able to work with tight timelines</li><li>A keen eye for aesthetics and details</li><li>Strategic &amp; creative</li><li>Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio</li></ul>
