INGOT Brokers has physical offices, operation hubs, and/or consultants in Pakistan, UAE, Australia, Jordan, Saint Vincent, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, Iraq, and Qatar. The company has approximately 170 employees in the Jordan office, which is growing steadily.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals in different formats such as images, gifs, videos, infographics, and anything in the spectrum.
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately by being aligned with the branding guideline.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects within the marketing team, by meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, while showing effecient quality progres and keep an eye on the industry and its competitors.
- Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and videoBachelor’s.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, fine arts or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Very good command of both Arabic and English languages.
- Proven graphic design experience and strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- strong media management and organisational skills.
