This position plays an integral part in developing visuals and creative for the success of Noble Panacea through designing, producing, and adapting brand assets. This position reports to the Art Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE
- Work on new shoots with the team from creative brief concept, shooting, and contribute on pre-production and postproduction meetings.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop assets following Digital, Marketing and Sales briefs.
- Collaborate with the Art Director on packaging artwork, from primary, secondary and tertiary packaging design and help with adaptations when needed.
- Develop original branded assets for campaigns and new product launches including print and digital: Google ads, POSM, SM ads.
- Design product marketing materials in preparation of global launches: Packaging, PSOM, tools.
- Develop and research creative briefs for campaign projects and assist during shooting days.
- Ensure design is aligned across all touch points (POSM, digital, packaging)
- Adapt and respect existing design to different formats.
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining brand corporate documents such as Brand book, Brand guidelines, etc.
- Help define and create design sales and training materials for our partners and sales team.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies on post-production direction process for assets deliverables in both video and pictures.
- Create and adapt video for new campaigns based on Marketing and Digital needs.
- Retouch and correct images: models, products, ingredients, textures.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and respecting Brand DNA and being the most qualitative and luxury.
- Collaborate with mood board research pictures based on the marketing strategy.
- Create and adapt presentations using keynote, PowerPoint, or Adobe creative software.
- Observe and analyse trends in all creative areas.
- Obtains approval of concept and assets creation by submitting layout to Art Director
- Work effectively with outside suppliers such as photographers, printers, agencies when required.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Digital Teams to understand the needs.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Advertising or equivalent.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, working in beauty/skincare or fashion industry, experience in the luxury sector is a big plus.
- Strong experience in film/video montage and knowledge on photo retouching
- Strong skills on digital & SM best practices
- Strong sensitivity to the beauty and/or luxury sector
- Strong sensitivity to layout and typography
- Ideally has experienced different cultures and mindsets to aid your work.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising, plus fluency in digital
- Experience in photography and video production is a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strategic, big-picture thinker with strong sense of visual style
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism and changes.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver OTIF (On Time in Full)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task several projects at once.
