We are growing rapidly with a client portfolio that includes the likes of P&G, Warner Music Group, Empire and Ministry of Sound!</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust applications across the entire software stack. This will be as well as helping to lead the team, nurture junior talent and maintain a high standard within the team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated expertise with cloud architecture and tools, such as GCP/AWS, Cloud/Lambda functions, Kubernetes, Docker, and managed services for data pipelines and streaming. You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in this area.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Javascript/Typescript You should have at least 5 years of experience working with these technologies.</li><li>A deep understanding of automated test approaches and technologies, enabling you to develop robust and maintainable code.</li><li>Proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines, including the ability to work with both relational and non-relational databases. This includes but is not limited to Redis, Postgres, Firestore, ETLs, event streaming, BigTable, BigQuery and event driven processing and design patterns.</li><li>Experience in creating detailed and comprehensive technical documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Non-technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mentoring skills, with the ability to nurture and guide junior talent within the team.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a simplified and digestible format.</li><li>The ability to lead and influence the team with your technical expertise, driving the adoption of best practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.</li><li>A broad understanding of the wider context of software development in a rapidly scaling organisation. You should be able to align technical decisions with the overall business goals.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and self-manage within the expected scope and timelines of projects.
