The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for building robust and scalable software.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key responsibilities:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, both on the front end and back end of the application.</li><li>Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and performance requirements.</li><li>Participate in an agile, iterative software development process, ensuring that code is tested, reviewed, and integrated with the application in a timely manner.</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.</li><li>Identify and address performance bottlenecks, utilizing best practices to optimize system performance.</li><li>Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on software development best practices.</li><li>Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development and apply them to improve the application.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of development experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality software on time and on budget.</li><li>Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / Typescript.</li><li>Experience working with front-end framework (e.g. Angular, ReactJS).</li><li>Experience working with NodeJS, NestJS.</li><li>Strong knowledge of REST API integration.</li><li>Experience with agile software development methodologies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Nice to have:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with Python.</li><li>Experience working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or CosmosDB.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a self-motivated, results-driven Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for building world-class software, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Hiring Process:</em></strong></p><ol><li>15min screening call.</li><li>Technical interview with the Full Stack lead.</li><li>Culture fit / behavioral interview with the CTO or Head of Product.</li><li>Final interview with CPO. </li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Location – StartGate (BENGUERIR)</strong></p><p>StartGate is a startup campus bringing together an international entrepreneurial ecosystem committed to providing world-class infrastructure and resources to support entrepreneurs launch and grow their startup, and this through:</p><ul><li>Programs aimed at supporting startups in their launch and development.</li><li>The animation of the community, the development of a culture of sharing and transfer of know-how.</li><li>Access to the infrastructure and services of the knowledge and innovation ecosystem of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University as well as a workspace and collaboration environment dedicated to startups from our partner programs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>StartGate is located at the heart of the UM6P Ecosystem of knowledge and innovation, in Ben Guerir green city, the ideal environment for startups to grow, develop and innovate.</p><p><br></p><p>Address: Ben guérir Green city – 1st Phase, TECHPARK, Avenue Mohammed 6, in front of UM6P.</p>
