We focus on using the best technologies to build products that delight our users and that we are proud to work on.<br><br>The successful candidate will get to work on exciting and large- scale technical projects and collaborate closely with the rest of the cross functional team including back-end developers, testers and designers learning and growing their skills.<br><br>You will be responsible for crafting beautiful and engaging user experiences for both desktop and mobile web applications. You are motivated and self-starting individual that likes to work hard to help someone with a positive and proactive attitude that wants to work on a fast-paced and innovative environment.<br><br><strong>We expect all our senior front-end developers to: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Produce hand-coded, high quality, standards-based and well tested JavaScript </li><li>(Backbone, ReactJS or Marionette), HTML and CSS (particularly HTLM5 and CSS3) </li><li>Produce cross browser compatible code that gracefully degrades on older browsers </li><li>Produce mobile-optimised and responsive interfaces </li><li>An excellent understanding of the DOM with Strong test driven development skills </li><li>Collaborate with other front-end developers to improve the skills of the whole team </li><li>Remain up-to-date with emerging technologies </li><li>Promote best practice across the user interface disciplines </li><li>Be a motivated self-starter </li><li>Have a passion for front-end development </li><li>Desire to continuously improve their skills and learn </li><li>Mentor more junior developers and those with different technical skills </li><li>Lead the front-end execution on a project basis </li><li>NodeJS and Grunt experience </li><li>GIT experience </li><li>Mocha, Chai and Sinon <br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable Experience: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Require </li><li>Underscore </li><li>Django </li><li>Experience developing for mobile web browsers <br><br></li></ul>,<br><br><strong>Diversity & Inclusion<br><br></strong>Hogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
