This Purpose and commitments within each of four Principles (People, Industry, Clients, Performance) reflect our company culture and how we serve our clients within the world we work and live today.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Client facing role </li><li> Stakeholder Management </li><li> Consider the content of relevant technical standards, regulation and industry guidance. </li><li> Perform Infrastructure / building code and accessibility compliance evaluation of existing and Infrastructure and buildings for projects of varying complexity and at various stages of completion independently or under direction of senior staff members. </li><li> Work independently or as a part of a team to write reports, engineering judgment letters, code interpretations, and alternate materials and methods requests. </li><li> Perform building code and accessibility site inspections and write inspection reports. </li><li> Prepare and present on technical issues internally and externally. </li><li> Participate in meetings and take meeting notes. </li><li> Keep electronic files and hard copies up to date and organized in project folders on the server and in project books. Assist in other project coordination tasks as requested. </li><li> Carry out Design Review work and Site based Construction reviews </li><li> Development and review of Cause and Effect Matrix </li><li> Commissioning and Testing witnessing, including Integrated Systems Testing (IST) </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Required:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 20+ years’ industry experience </li><li> Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics / Fire Engineering.
