You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive growth and profitability.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy and planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis</p><p>Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, and treasury functions, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</p><p>Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions, including fundraising efforts and debt financing</p><p>Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls</p><p>Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on business decisions and opportunities for growth and profitability</p><p>Manage the financial team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong finance-based analytical skills</li><li>7 – 10 years’ of finance experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Valyou is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
