Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Finance Manager
What will you do?
– Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives. Provide guidance and recommendations to the executive team on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
– Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and financial statements. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial results.
– Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain the integrity of financial data.
– Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and management, including monitoring cash balances, optimizing cash flow, and managing working capital. Develop strategies to minimize financial risks related to liquidity and currency exposure.
– Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present financial results to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders as required.
– Financial Operations: Supervise and manage the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, adherence to accounting principles, and proper maintenance of financial records.
– Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
– Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set performance objectives, provide feedback and coaching, and promote professional development opportunities.
