<p>We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and activities within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure the financial health and stability of the company by providing day-to-day payment operations supervision, analysis, and strategic financial planning. This is a key role that requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional management skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1- Financial Planning and Analysis:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve organizational goals.</li><li>Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support informed decision-making by senior management.</li><li>Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for potential business ventures and investments.</li><li>Assess financial risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate courses of action.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2- Budget Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic budgets and cost controls.</li><li>Monitor and track budget variances, investigate discrepancies, and propose corrective measures when necessary.</li><li>Provide guidance on optimizing resource allocation to maximize financial efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3- Financial Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Present financial performance to key stakeholders and senior management, highlighting critical insights and areas of concern.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4- Cash Flow Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee cash flow and liquidity management to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Monitor receivables and payables to optimize working capital and minimize financial risk.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5- Team Leadership and Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>6- Audit and Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring adherence to audit standards and requirements.</li><li>Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management and administration.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of Moroccan financial regulations and tax laws.</li><li>Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Experience working in a tech or e-commerce company is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What we are offering</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>We offer an amazing work environment that will allow you to thrive, grow, and reach your full potential.</li><li>We’re proud to offer a very competitive base salary, and our stock options plan has significant upside potential.</li><li>As we continue to expand and innovate, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to advance your career and achieve your goals.</li><li>And with our <strong>office-based</strong> setup, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with your colleagues and build meaningful connections.</li><li><strong>Salary commensurate with experience</strong></li></ul>
