<p><strong>Tasks :<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Processing all clear invoice as per the agreed timelines<br><br></p></li><li><p>Dealing with external and internal queries from suppliers/staff<br><br></p></li><li><p>To complete all AP activities instructed by the supervisor<br><br></p></li><li><p>KPI &amp; SLA updating on daily basis<br><br></p></li><li><p>Generate Reports<br><br></p></li><li><p>Track &amp; monitor supplier payment<br><br></p></li><li><p>Exposure in Accounts Receivable activities<br><br></p></li><li><p>Time and cost saving ideas to be implemented in the process<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ensure 100% quality, documentation of activities and training on activities.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements :<br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Any Graduate /post Graduate in commerce background<br><br></p></li><li><p>Overall 5 Years of experience, out of which 3 years in Accounts Payable<br><br></p></li><li><p>Hands of experience in SAP Ariba<br><br></p></li><li><p>Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel)<br><br></p></li></ul>
