Senior Facility Engineer

Job Description

<p>Petroplan is seeking to hire Senior Facility Engineer for one of its clients<br><br>Responsibilities <br> * Experience in detailed engineering and design of pipeline systems and other infrastructures. <br> * Review and propose new infrastructure requirement based on the needs. <br> * Close collaboration with other disciplines to Identify bottle-necks and optimize existing infrastructure needs. <br> * Manage all size field projects both office and site-based. <br> * Manage contractor(s) and make pre-during and post reviews for all projects. <br> * Work with operations to resolve project specific challenges and propose mitigation plans. <br> * Mediation of PHAs such as HAZIDs and HAZOPs. <br> * Initiate Management of Change for identified projects. <br> * Review or make the required procedures and update existing ones, if required. <br> * Ensure equipment validity and availability for projects, if any. <br> * Provide mentor and steer of young engineers, if required. <br><br>Requirements <br> * Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical or Petroleum but other majors like Electrical and Civil are considered as well. <br> * Minimum 10 years relevant of industry experience in oil and gas with demonstrated experience in all facility projects. <br> * Proficient operational knowledge of oil &amp; gas facilities such as pressure vessels, tanks, piping, PSVs, rotating equipment, flares, etc. <br> * Close collaboration with other technical disciplines like reservoir, drilling &amp; completions, production, and planning/financial required. <br> * Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project preferred.
