<p>Recruitment is opened….</p><p>Required for a large company working in the field of exporting agricultural crops</p><p>Senior Export Responsible (Experience of not less than 6 years) Experience in the field of exporting fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables</p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p><p><br></p><p>• Searching for new clients and opening new export markets, as well as communicating with old clients.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participation in planning advertising campaigns for activating exports to introduce the company’s activity and finding opportunities for cooperation with sales and marketing companies and target markets.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinating with the Production Department in providing and matching the exported products and achieving the quality and specifications of the goods contracted with the distributors in the foreign markets.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Following up the executive procedures for export business, such as documentary credits, bank transfers, and insurance.</p><p>&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing monthly reports on the export situation, available opportunities and threats facing the company with regard to foreign markets, and submitting the report.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Continuous follow-up of sales agents and intermediaries in the foreign market, evaluating their sales performance, receiving complaints and solving sales problems</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establishing a system for obtaining continuous information from the foreign market and updating a database that includes all marketing information for each export market.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Completion of all export-related procedures (follow-up production – planning – shipping – order documents)</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow-up correspondence with international clients, receive and process shipping requests, and correspond with them.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Notify the customer of the delivery dates and the value of the invoice</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing shipping documents</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Obtaining a higher qualification (Bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration)</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;English (good)</p><p>For those who meet the requirements, please send your CV to the following numbers</p><p>01006101500-01021083251</p><p><br></p>
