<p><strong>About PCFC:</strong> PCFC is one of the key government bodies that contributes and drives Dubai’s economic, social, geographical and political vision.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li> Manage working relationships with different vendors, keep accurate documentation, resolve problems and issues, and streamline these processes.</li><li>Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.</li><li>Engage local market for enhancing approved vendor data base with new leads for potential new Vendors.</li><li>Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.</li><li>Establishing vendor performance standards and suggesting improvements. Evaluate, monitor and report vendor performance.</li><li>Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured. Assist and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.</li><li>Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards</li><li>Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.</li><li>Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.</li></ul><p><strong>Others</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain Performance KPI reports, department ROI report, Benchmarking reports, spent by category reports, BU reports as it relates to vendor management, etc.</li><li>Maintain and update Policies, procedure, and Standard Operating Procedures as it relates to vendor management.</li><li>Support procurement operations in reducing major Risk categories.</li><li>Contribute in achievement of Department objectives by executing / achieving the KPIs assigned by line manager and submit relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education Required </strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Min. Exp. Required </strong></p><p>4-5 years of vendor relationship management in logistics, procurement or relevant field.</p><p>Experience in dealing with vendors with negotiation and decision-making skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>Knowledge in SAP or Oracle ERP systems for vendor management</p><p><br></p><p>If you see yourself a good fit for the role, submit your resume and we may reach out to the qualified candidates!</p>
