<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Be well versed on mandatory HR policies &amp; procedures, and online government systems in order to provide advice on current practices and onboarding of new employees</li><li><span>Recruitment procedures: Take full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.</span></li><li>Be knowledgeable of the UAE’s Labour laws and procedures</li><li>Develop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databases</li><li>Manage end to end monthly payroll updates administration: checking worked hours, holidays, absences, overtime, lieu days, lateness, etc.</li><li>Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.</li><li>Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; advising managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.</li><li>Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.</li><li><span>Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary action, grievances, and disputes. Organizing welfare and teambuilding events.</span></li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles</li><li>3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations</li><li>3+ years of experience in a supervisory role</li></ul><span>EDUCATION REQUIRED</span><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor &amp; MBA Degree</span><p><br></p>
