<p>In the region since 2002, OMD was formed by combining the media interests of Omnicom’s three advertising networks. Today, it is the largest media specialist network in the Middle East in terms of billings. It has offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, and North Africa. It specializes in the management of its clients’ media investments in terms of planning and buying, as well as providing strategic communication consultancy services through its teams and specialist service units.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Senior Executive – Biddable</strong> to join our team at our Dubai HQ in Media City.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A typical day will include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide strong expertise across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic</li><li>Consult and guide team to design and implement biddable strategies for a diverse portfolio in the MENA region </li><li>Work closely with the operation teams to ensure campaigns are hitting their KPIs by providing optimization guidance and support with troubleshooting </li><li>Be the point of expertise in client conversations about Biddable Strategies and best practices </li><li>Lead on clients on- boarding and support with their technical setup across biddable platforms </li><li>Develop strong and trusting relationship with clients by providing innovative solutions to help them achieve their business objective </li><li>Work closely with key publishers to stay on top of industry trends and build an innovation roadmap for our key clients </li><li>Work on Quarterly Business Review by consolidating insights and recommendations</li><li>Deep understanding of the biddable advertising ecosystem: activation platforms, tagging, measurement, data providers, DMP/CDP, etc. </li><li>Be the go-to-person for all things biddable by providing training, consultation, best practices, updates on platforms and support to various team members as needed </li><li>Lead on cross-functional digital projects such as data partnerships, attribution modeling, DCO, etc. </li><li>Own the biddable section for new business pitches by showcasing forward thinking, strong understanding of biddable capabilities and story telling </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To land this position you must have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience of at least 2-3 years within a similar role in an agency</li><li>Strong client replationship and ability to design biddable strategies </li><li>Innovative thinking with an entrepreuneurial approach </li><li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong leadership, attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Team player with time-management skills </li><li>Detail oriented with analytical, communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) </li><li>Strong understanding of tracking ecosystem: MMP, Analytics360, and Campaign Manager </li><li>Good to have: Facebook Blueprint, SA360 &amp; DV360 certifications, Analytics360 certification, Campaign Manager certification</li></ul>
