Established automobile company located in Kuwait looking for a CEO assistant to handle Amman’s (Jordan) branch.<br> <br>About the job: <br><br>The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf<br>Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records<br>Performing minor accounting duties<br>Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary manner<br>Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department<br>Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters<br>Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners<br>Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner<br>Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals<br>Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics<br>Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database<br>Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials<br>Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site<br>Special projects – These can range from market research to feasibility studies but the main objective is to support executive business functions by providing solutions and working independently without any supervision<br>Creating presentations<br>Compiling market research information (e.g. gathering industry information)<br>Organizing events like workshops or conferences
