<strong><u>JOB PURPOSE</u><u>:<br><br></u></strong>Establish an overall oil and gas development plan of Field integrating and completing company plans, taking into account obsolescence and replacement needs. In particular, assess layout constrains while considering safety aspects and propose recommendation for the location of future.<br><br><strong><u> KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br><br></u></strong><strong>Job Specific Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Generates and updates reservoir black oil and compositional simulation models with field development planning, short, and long-term profiles.</li><li>Coordinates and work with Geoscientists on reservoir characterization and upscaling.</li><li>Builds sizable Full Field simulation models, history match and use them in predictions.</li><li>Ensures Quality Control consistency of simulation model, history match changes with respect to geological model characteristics.</li><li>Describes the basis for various types of secondary recovery process and importance of proper process design, its influence on the recovery factors and fundamental limitations.</li><li>Derives Equation of State (EOS) and convert simple black oil models to compositional, Diagnose model convergence and run-time problems.</li><li>Designs IOR/EOR methods (WI, Immiscible GI, Miscible GI, Surfactant and polymer injection) using simulation models for maximize recovery and meet production quotas.</li><li>Contributes to reservoir monitoring program and data gathering with effective cost program to enable collecting necessary data to help best reservoir management and reduce uncertainties.</li><li>Defines and plans short and long term drilling and workover requirements with Operations.</li><li>Liaises with contractors conducting the study, analyze and reviews findings and prepare actions study recommendations. </li><li>Participates in periodic update and validation of database with monthly production/injection data and descriptions to display wells, reservoir and field performance for appropriate distribution.<br><br></li></ul><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS: <br><br></u></strong><strong>Minimum Qualification<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Experience &amp; Knowledge &amp; Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>10 years’ experience with reservoir engineering, reservoir simulation or EOR.</li><li>Strong knowledge in general reservoir engineering aspects as field development, well testing, PVT, etc.</li><li>Good knowledge in Reservoir Simulation software &amp; tools.</li><li>Good knowledge in Reservoir Geology.<br><br></li></ul><strong>18972</strong>
