About Company:

We are one of ADNOC’s gas producers, a market leader in sour gas field development, and a major international sulfur producer. We have the capacity to produce over 1 billion cubic feet of sour gas per day.

We are a joint venture company between ADNOC, which owns a 60% share, and Occidental Petroleum (OXY), which owns a 40% share. We were established in 2010 to maximize the value of the Shah Gas Field. Since then, we have built a reputation as a reliable supplier of gas and one of the world’s leading sulfur producers.

We are helping to deliver ADNOC’s strategic imperative to increase the gas supply to the UAE. We aim to meet the growing gas requirements of the nation, and strengthen our position as a major international sulfur producer.

About the Role:
– Support ADNOC Sour Gas (ASG) digital, AI and Technology business growth in line with targets set for the Technology team in Projects and Technical Services.
– Explore ways to improve technology and understanding by Performing cutting edge research.
– Establish and handle the operating and capital equipment budgets for the team.
– Identify, Evaluate, and Handle vendors to support early mid phase device prototyping.
– Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities of improvement.
– Responsible to Prepare cost estimates and analyze cost parameters.
– Build prototypes, products, and systems for testing.
– Design testing procedures and coordinate with Technology, IT and Projects team to identify problems and solutions.
– Collaborate on standards for procedures and component requirements.
– Actively lead in team engagement, action planning and implementation while assessing new research initiatives with technology team
– Recommend the new initiatives to the Sour Gas portfolio for endorsement.
– Assist in technology evaluation and provide recommendation for new equipment and technology.
– Audit review programs and make corrections based on findings by the internal and external audit on the Technology team
– Coordinate product return, on hold, and product destruction operations.
– Enhance the product through algorithm development and code implementation.
– Review Technologies, products and documents to ensure technical rigor and quality
– Prepare and contribute to technical documents, product manuals, and protocols.
– Design and oversee manufacturing of test equipment and apparatus.
– Assist in process development, product optimization, including manufacturing and QC procedures.
– Support to organize and participate technology sessions as required.
– Conduct sessions to business users like Projects, Engineering, HSE, Operations IT on emerging technologies with different verticals and increase awareness regarding new technologies to upscale business operations and create value addition based on the yearly planned sessions.
