KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Manage identified obstructions of existing/new controlled parking areas, and provide solutions.# Review occupancy rates and traffic studies in controlled parking areas.# Conduct site visits to assure proper installation parking equipment.# Communicate with different groups on projects related to the processing zones of parking control during thestudy and implementation phases.# Plan, execute, and follow up implementation of parking expansion projects in public/private controlled parkingareas in coordination with various RTA departments.# Maintain assets inventory record of parking lands and their different types.# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Prepare technical reports regarding maintenance, modifications and enhancement of constraints encounteredin controlled parking areas, and submit periodic status reports.# Analyze revenue income and address irregularities in the areas of control, and suggest proposals to increasethe efficiency.# Prepare studies for privately owned parking and prepare business rules and agreement terms to control theirparking lots.# Manage and update parking projects and analyze the effects of change and risks through projectsimplementation as per requirement.# Conduct technical study for No Objection Certificate requests to provide necessary feedback and action plan.# Prepare annual budget for newly proposed projects.# Prepare and Supervise periodic duty roster for on-site supervisors and technicians.# Provide continuous study on current parking demand, and enhance new controlled parking areas.# Specify use of parking in the areas of control and prepare studies that contribute to determine the optimal useof these parking according to the needs of each area.# Achieve the required KPI for removal of parking machine and other activities.
Education# Bachelor degree in Structural /Civil Engineering from a recognized university.Skills# Awareness of CAD software and drawing tools.# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multipleconcurrent projects.# Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Preferred to be PMP Certified.# Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability toconceptualize tasks and accomplish them.# 3-7 years of working experience# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency
