Job Description

Job Purpose
Develops, Leads and Controls the Integrated Readiness Assurance Process, Planning, Schedule, Interfaces, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance Strategies, Planning, and Manpower Expansion Strategies with HSE Standards & procedures.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
– Directs, supervises, develops and Leads Operations Movable Lists and ensures timely ordering Material & Tools along with subordinates and Gathers information for the development of Operations Readiness Plan activities.
– Provide coordination support on all aspects of Operations Readiness activities as part of information & data gathering, follows up and expediting to ensure operability and maintainability aspects are addressed in the Design-Engineering with the objective to ensure the project meets obligations to startup projects.
– Performs the implementation of Integrated Readiness Assurance Guide Line through development of Integrated Readiness Plans including Common Strategies and Strategies for Off Shore fields.
– Prepares and implements Control and Update Framework for continuous development of the Integrated Readiness Guidelines, Master Plan and Detailed Plans for Projects.
– Assists in the development of Maintenance Management and Spare Parts Management Strategies including Common Strategies and each New Offshore Field in specific, taking into consideration the new technologies applied in new fields, / Share Holders / International best Practices.
– Assists in the development of Commissioning and Hook up strategies including Common Strategies and each New Offshore Field in specific, taking into consideration / Share Holders / International best Practices and lesson learned, also the responsibilities and accountabilities of different stake holders.
– Provides inputs for Asset Management data build up and Engineering Implementation for all the new Off-Shore fields taking into consideration Share Holders / International best Practices and towards achievement of successful implementation.
– Performs the development of Operations Business Agreement and coordinate with Legal & Insurance and Projects with assurance of shared synergies.

– Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
– Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.

Budgets
– Provide input for preparation of the functional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
– Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
– Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.

Performance Management
– Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the function in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
– Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
– Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
– Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.

Reports
– Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
