We are looking for an energetic, hardworking and motivated talent who embraces and drives change and can positively influence our workplace culture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following</strong></p><p>§ Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media.</p><p>§ Handle marketing / promotional campaign and execute in coordination with the digital agency.</p><p>§ Manage all F&B social media channels.</p><p>§ Performance marketing strategy development and management.</p><p>§ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)</p><p>§ Develop new and creative growth strategies.</p><p>§ Manage digital and media agencies.</p><p>§ Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and specific business requirements.</p><p>§ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.</p><p>§ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughts to the leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.</p><p>§ Mobile app launch and execution.</p><p>§ New brands / market launchers (strategy and execution)</p><p>§ Mobile app & Loyalty program management</p><p> </p><p><strong>To be successful in your new role you have:</strong></p><p>§ BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field</p><p>§ Proven work experience in QSR/retail/ Media/ Advertising industry</p><p>§ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.</p><p>§ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.</p><p>§ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.</p><p>§ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments</p><p>§ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc)</p><p>§ Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas etc).</p><p>§ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.</p><p>§ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.</p><p>§ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking</p><p>§ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement</p><p>§ Work experience in QSR, Hospitality and FMCG.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What’ in it for you? </strong></p><p>· Excellent culture and family environment</p><p>· An opportunity to join a large f&b group with strong people values and great development opportunities</p><p>· Fun and fast paced working environment</p><p>· Competitive salary + benefits</p><p><br></p><p>If this sounds like your next career opportunity, please “easy apply” below. <span>We thank you in advance for your interest in our business and regret only short-listed candidates will be contacted.</span></p><p><br></p>
