We are a customer centric tech start-up in the Sports and Digital Entertainment industry who are passionate about bringing communities together across the African continent both online and through our agency operations.<br><br>Since launching our first product in 2018 (BetKing), we have accelerated our growth to meet demand, all whilst hiring an incredible team of Creators and Innovators across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.<br><br>There has never been a better time to join our Kingdom than today!<br><br><strong>Role Overview:<br><br></strong>We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Analyst/Senior Digital Analytics Analyst with experience across desktop and mobile sites and apps, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to drive marketing strategy and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, be proficient in web and mobile analytics tools, and be able to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing: <br></strong><ul><li>Analysis of website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategy and improve overall performance. </li><li>Create dashboards to allow teams to monitor and measure performance. </li><li>Supporting marketing/CRM efforts with high-quality behavioural data for targeting</li><li>Championing a culture of experimentation and test/learn approaches for marketing. </li><li>Managing the company’s web analytics platforms (currently Google Analytics &amp; Google Tag Manager), ensuring that tagging is comprehensive and accurate. </li><li>Implementing appropriate privacy and consent systems for data collection</li><li>Working with business stakeholders to identify analytics needs and implement them through appropriate tagging and report development</li><li>Augmenting behavioural analytics with customer/CRM data, using appropriate integrations</li><li> Providing leadership and best practices on campaign tagging for the marketing team</li><li>Manage and setup data integrations between marketing tools and other platforms. </li><li>Enabling CRM targeting and personalization based on on-site behaviour</li><li> Identifying meaningful customer behavioural segments for analytics and marketing</li><li>Partnering with marketing team to enable social media analytics. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and make recommendations for new technologies and strategies</li><li>Support the Setup and Evaluation of AB Tests across product, Performance &amp; CRM<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Need for This Role: <br></strong><ul><li>Experience with Google Analytics (essential) Google Analytics 4 (desired)</li><li>Experience with Google Tag Manager (essential)</li><li>Strong core analytical skills: proven ability to drive value from data-based insights (essential)</li><li>Experience with other web analytics tools/platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) (optional)</li><li>Experience with mobile app/site analytics and tools such as Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer (important)</li><li>Experience with a consent management platform (optional)</li><li>Experience with product analytics (optional)</li><li>Experience working with CRM/marketing systems such as Google Ad Platform, Optimove, Salesforce/Adobe Marketing Cloud (desired)</li><li>Experience with Big Query/SQL/Python (desired)</li><li>Understanding of Statistical Models, to interpret and communicate impact of ab tests and concepts such: p-value, statistical significance and, MDE (essential)</li><li>Experience using data visualisation tools such as Data Studio(preferred), Tableau(Preferred) or Power BI</li><li>Good understanding of privacy and other compliance requirements around digital data</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
