We are on the lookout for aExperienced Senior DevOps Engineerwith expertise in Atlassian Bamboo and Bitbucketto join our awesome team.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in DevOps engineering, with a proven track record ofsuccessful implementation and management of Atlassian Bamboo and Bitbucket. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and release management processes.

The Job Location: Masr Elgadida, Cairo, Egypt

Job Attendance Model: Hybrid

Travel to KSA Possibility: 40% (Minimum 2 weeks every 3 month)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelinesusing Atlassian Bamboo and Bitbucket

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Docker

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and testing of code in the pipeline.

  • Manage and monitor production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure, and release management processes.

  • Continuously improve and optimize existing processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Setup, configure and maintain build, Test, and deployment pipelines for each software application project.

  • Setup and maintain environment variables for each project.

  • Develop scripts and configure tools to automate software lifecycle processes (e.g., automated tests, system accounts).

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to environments and systems integration.

  • Plan, Prepare and coordinate production software releases.

  • Provide Level two technical support for system/environment related issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis for system/environment production errors.

  • Maintain/Optimize processes, infrastructure, and tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve user experience.

  • Monitor production environments.

Requirements
Must Have:

  • 4 – 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering.

  • Practical extensive experience using and configuring the Bitbucket product.

  • Practical extensive experience designing, implementing, and managingCI/CD pipelines using Atlassian Bamboo and Bitbucket

  • Practical extensive experience with Atlassian Bambooor similar product for Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment

  • Knowledge of Software Application Lifecycle Management is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Micro focus Service Management Automation X is a plus.

  • Experience with Fortify or similar product for SAST (Static Application Security Testing) tool and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) tool to ensure that the applications development approach is in compliance with secure coding best practices.

  • Expertise in infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Docker

  • Strong understanding of release management processes

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
