Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Description
<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and tools necessary to support the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring </li><li>Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to define, document, and refine software requirements .</li><li>Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications and services in cloud-based environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.</li><li>Build and maintain tools for configuration management, infrastructure as code, and version control.</li><li>Implement and maintain security best practices for the infrastructure and applications.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and applications to ensure high availability and performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing resources for the DevOps team and other stakeholders.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps and related fields. </li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior DevOps engineers.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field </li><li>At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related field</li><li>Experience with cloud-based environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform</li><li>Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates</li><li>Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash </li><li>Experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef </li><li>Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as ELK stack, Prometheus, or Grafana </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>psHappk32N
