<p><strong>Our client is a leading Property Developer in Dubai.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u>Position Summary</u></p><p>Project: This is an opportunity to work on a large mixed-use development in the UAE. The master planned development will hold, residential, hotels, retail, and commercial units.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsible for: -</strong></p><ul><li>Perform a full cycle of development activities for the named assets to be developed</li><li>Assist in developing the feasibility study for the assets yet to be developed</li><li>Assist in drawing portfolio strategy of the developments yet to occur</li><li>Create rollouts and phasing strategies for future developments</li><li>Create development briefs, and RFPs to send to selected Lead consultants.</li><li>Assist in project costing &amp; financial model set .</li><li>Identify all factors that have impact over the development performance at very early stages as part of development appraisal.</li><li>Assist in managing developments from inception to completion in line with investment control process.</li><li>As part of design management process, the job holder needs to critique, analyze and challenge the design proposals presented by the Consultants in order to ensure that key development criteria are achieved.</li><li>Support the decision-making process in deciding on detailed project cost based on procurement and operations input.</li><li>Support in the selection of consultants, suppliers, contractors and service providers.</li><li>Continuously, monitor development budget against projected one and recommend appropriate solution for deviations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile –</strong></p><ul><li>The applicant must have at least 12 years of work experience in managing development of large real estate assets for mixed use and villa communities.</li><li>The applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.</li><li>Any additional qualification related to real estate development is a certain plus.</li><li>The applicant must have the ability to make pitches for real estate development ideas &amp; concepts.</li><li>The applicant must be digitally savvy and work on AutoCAD ‘, photoshop, illustrator, and software’s that support reviewing of the design process.</li><li>The applicant should be able to build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.</li></ul>
