<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong><strong>Senior Design Manager<br><br></strong><strong><u>Position Overview<br><br></u></strong>As a Senior Design Manager, you will assist and support our client in delivery of a large-scale master planned public realm design within the heart of Riyadh city center and report to the District Project Delivery Director. Must be able to manage design consultants and design delivery, review and understand project documents for technical accuracy and quality to ensure adherence to project plan.<br><br><strong><u>Additional Tasks May Include<br><br></u></strong>Assist in preparing scope of work and change order technical documents, chairing technical meetings and taking minutes of meeting, resolving issues and developing solutions, understanding issues that resolve around schedule and budget compliance and value management.<br><br><strong><u>Education/Experience<br><br></u></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required and typically 15+ years of Related Experience.<br><br><strong><u>Skills/Competencies<br><br></u></strong>Requires proficiency in the application of design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts. Must be confident in chairing design and progress meetings, resolving technical issues through review and discussion with design consultants, design reviewers and our client team.
