<strong>Design Manager – <strong>Saudi Multidisciplinary Group</strong> – Saudi Arabia</strong><p><br></p>Our client is the largest total Multidisciplinary group that plans, designs, and builds exhibitions, installations, or events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p>They are going through very fast growth this year and are looking to welcome an experienced Senior Design Manager.<p><br></p>Join this company to build up a wide range of experience, knowledge, and network and play a major part in the company’s global growth.<p><br></p><strong><u>What Will You Do</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate all design matters related to a project, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Manage a design team.</li><li>Collaborate on projects with colleagues.</li><li>Delegate tasks.</li><li>Check the projects quality and consistency.</li><li>Plan and direct all aspects of an organization’s project design and development policies, objectives, and initiative.</li><li>Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing projects.</li><li>Orient on systems and strategies with the primary output of cohering the work of the team in some end-to-end experience.</li><li>build a healthy, performant, and long-lasting team.</li><li>Find leads and help close sales deals with existing clients or new prospects. </li><li>Act as an intermediary between other departments within the organization to ensure clients’ success.</li><li>understand clients’ needs and determining whether the company can meet those needs. </li><li>Oversee a project team to ensure the company’s services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client’s standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Do They Expect From You</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Design Management.</li><li>Excellent Command in English Spoken &amp; Written.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques.</li><li>Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.</li><li>Strict adherence to deadlines.</li><li>Experience in dealing with multi-million projects.</li></ul>
