PROJECT DESCRIPTION

THE ROLE
The Senior Design Manager will be required to provide input to the senior management on design delivery related matters and be fully responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned services and/or project component, for the duration of the Services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership for project design team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of 20 years overall experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role Experience managing the facilities design, or the planning and coordination of capital projects that included the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities Knowledge of operational aspects of civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities with experience in construction management and practice Excellent r eport writing and communication skills
