As a Senior Design Manager at 4SPACE, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that each project reflects our clients’ unique vision and meets the highest standards of design excellence. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that go beyond conventional boundaries.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Lead and manage the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</p><p>- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into inspiring and functional design concepts.</p><p>- Oversee and mentor a team of talented designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>- Conduct thorough design reviews and critique to ensure accuracy, creativity, and alignment with project goals.</p><p>- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.</p><p>- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.</p><p>- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design briefs, presentations, specifications, and construction drawings.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in all design deliverables.</p><p>- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
