Senior Design Architect
Job Description
Were looking for the next up and coming design architect who is fully proficient in Revit, Rhino and Enscape, Lumion and/or Twin Motion. The requirement is for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience who is predominantly a front-end designer. That means wed love to see your creative flair demonstrated within the body of your portfolio, take us on a journey of how you go about breathing live into your design to make it a viable, achievable design.<br><br>Were looking for people who are RIBA Part II or equivalent who have experience working on large scale, residential high-rise towers so again, please make sure this experience is evident throughout your portfolio.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities Include<br></u></strong><ul><li>Preparing, developing and editing models, images and other design related documents under the supervision of the project leader.</li><li>Develop designs, where required and variations of the design to present to the client.</li><li>Assist with client liaison in conjunction with other team members to establish style, cost limitations, etc.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelors in Architecture</li><li>Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based.</li><li>Evidence of a good design understanding e.g. a good design portfolio.</li><li>Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project.</li><li>A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills. </li><li>Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks and in response to direction or instruction.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.</li><li>Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.</li><li>Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Evidence of the ability to understand design decisions taken by others.</li><li>Must be able to use either Revit or Rhino and one of Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion. </li><li>Ability to use all the following: PhotoShop, lnDesign, Illustrator is a plus. <br></li></ul><strong><u>Benefits<br></u></strong><ul><li>Negotiable salary</li><li>Flights</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Chance to work with an well known industry leader<br></li></ul>
