Beesline is looking for a Senior Demand Planner to work in its Headquarters in Bchamoun.</p><p><br></p><p>Main requirements:</p><p>Bachelor’s degree </p><p>Around 5 years of Demand Planning </p><p>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</p><p>Advanced Negotiation, Organizational, and Communication skills</p><p>knowledge of ERP systems, preferable Microsoft 365</p><p>Financial and analytical capabilities to plan budgets, monitor inventory, assess data, and create reports</p><p>Multitasking &amp; Ability to encompass change </p><p>Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills</p><p><br></p><p>Duties include:</p><p>• Analyze in-market demand, prepares and conducts monthly demand review meeting </p><p>• Monthly analysis of stock levels at distributor site and forecast accuracy levels </p><p>• Initiate, follow up the ordering process in coordination with Commercial team &amp; distributors </p><p>• Analyze, Calculate and Update the Safety stock level by distributor </p><p>• Analyze, Calculate and Update the Buffer stock level of Raw Material on system </p><p>• Analyze Inventory levels and status across all warehouses </p><p>• Report and analyze End to End SC performance based on defined metrics </p><p>• Prepare monthly S&amp;OP inputs </p><p>• Prepare annual budget and plan future resource requirements </p><p>• Manage and control the implementation of the Supply Plan within departments and across distributors </p><p>• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures </p><p><br></p><p>If you fit the above criteria, please Email your resume, stating “Senior Demand Planner” in the Subject line to: careers@beesline.com</p>
