As well, it plays a leading role in various areas of finance and investment around Saudi Arabia, which is why we are distinguished as a leading financier and arranger of syndicated loans in the oil, petrochemicals, and most of the Kingdom’s notable infrastructure projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Execution of the portfolio management. </li><li>Execution of the account management. </li><li>Management of the relationship with the client. </li><li>Support the development teams and their managers. </li><li>Help the product owners to create and organise the product backlog. </li><li>Development and support Schedule plan based on Program processes. </li><li>Development and support Risk registry based on Program processes. </li><li>Reporting to client’s Chapter Leads. </li><li>Providing weekly/bi-weekly/governance reports to main stakeholders. <br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><ul><li>Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. </li><li>Experience working in a Middle East market ideally with financial institutions. </li><li>Strong understanding of Scrum principles/artifacts/toles etc. </li><li>experience in Scrum processes establishment with further adjustments. </li><li>proven experience in managing teams of 20+ people. </li><li>5+ years of practical experience as a Delivery/Program manager. </li><li>Roadmap creation techniques. Schedule management. Risk registry techniques. </li><li>Understanding of software development standards, tools, and frameworks to foster engineering maturity principles within the team. </li><li>Experienced in creating and/or evolving best practices and processes related to Value delivery. </li><li>Proven ability to conduct effective retrospectives and personal devotion to continuous improvement of team performance. </li><li>Advanced practical facilitation skills (deep understanding of facilitation session stages, artifacts, goals, and techniques). </li><li>Good skills in decision-making, leadership, team building, coaching and motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating. </li><li>Good understanding of PMO Knowledge areas. </li><li>Experience in scaled agile frameworks (i.e. LESS, SAFE, Spotify, other) is an advantage. </li><li>Understanding of different software methodologies – SCRUM, Agile, RUP, Waterfall. </li><li>Jira administration. Ability to manage Boards/Projects. <br><br></li></ul>Nice to have:<br><ul><li>Master’s Degree.</li></ul>
