Job Description
<p><strong>E-tax is the digital transformation arm of Ministry of Finance and Egyptian Tax Authority is looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 6+ Years of Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span>Office Location: Smart Village, Giza</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business improvement points and support strategy roadmap.</li><li>Leverage expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to analyze complex data sets, uncover insights, and develop actionable recommendations that drive business growth and success.</li><li>Navigate and extract important information from unstructured data is also crucial in ensuring that all valuable data is utilized to its fullest potential.</li><li>Use your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and other advanced techniques to make sense of complex data sets and extract insights that can help organizations make informed decisions.</li><li>In addition to technical skills, He/She will also use your communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>You will develop strong relationships with team members and business leaders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives and guide the development of data-driven solutions that meet business needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, machine learning or similar roles.</li><li>Proven ability in using exploratory analysis and preparing unstructured data to draw conclusions.</li><li>Ability to lead machine learning projects and modeling initiatives.</li><li>Outstanding supervision and mentorship abilities with previous experience in leading junior staff, and monitor performance within the team.</li><li>Fluency in Python and SQL for data science. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of data analysis, cleaning and preparation.</li><li>Understanding of machine learning, deep learning and modeling tools/techniques.</li><li>Expertise in programming and scripting languages (Python, R, Scala, SAS, SQL).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or similar</p>
