Senior CRM Advisor (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience)
Job Description
<p>We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior CRM Advisor with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a Senior CRM Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our organization maximize the value of our CRM system and optimize customer relationship management processes.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing guidance and support to internal teams.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM system configurations and customizations.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and customer service modules.</li><li>Configure and customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and user interfaces to improve efficiency and user experience.</li><li>Train end-users on system functionality and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a CRM Advisor or Consultant, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-230) are highly desirable.</li></ul><p>If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for CRM and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
