As one of the world’s leading total solutions providers for the built environment, Faithful+Gould has been providing a versatile blend of construction, program, cost and project management to private companies and the public sector for more than 60 years.<br><br>We are looking for least 10+ years of experience Commercial Management personnel from Residential and Villa background.<br><br><strong>Responsibities<br><br></strong>The Senior Cost Manager, Estimation responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br><ul><li>Provide accurate estimation and cost planning advice and present to Modon</li><li>Allocation of appropriate estimating resources to various tasks.</li><li>Prepare, support in the preparation and review of cost estimation for Projects in pursuit.</li><li>Ensuring all proposals are subject to proper adjudication.</li><li>Fulfil the role of Team leader; including coordination and supervision of others</li><li>Close liaison and arrange meetings with other departments in the Clients office for various estimation</li><li>and benchmarking tasks.</li><li>Managing relationships with client stakeholders.</li><li>Providing staff with guidance and training on their job responsibilities.</li><li>Provision of general support information to estimators</li><li>Create project costings and budgets from clear objectives.</li><li>Demonstrable understanding of client’s key objectives with the appropriate sector</li><li>Manage a team and provide continuous development</li><li>Analysing project data efficiently</li><li>Setting up and managing workshops to achieve the required cost savings</li><li>Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player</li><li>Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion</li><li>of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control</li><li>Undertaking cost management services with limited supervision</li><li>Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects</li><li>Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner<br></li></ul><strong>Qualification and Requirement<br></strong><ul><li>BSc in quantity surveying</li><li>Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors</li><li>A minimum of twelve years’ technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm</li><li>Pre and post-contract experience</li><li>Middle East experience</li><li>Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills</li><li>Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute</li><li>A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible<br></li></ul><strong><u>Rewards &amp; Benefits<br></u></strong><ul><li>We offer an excellent package which includes:</li><li>A competitive salary</li><li>Transportation allowance</li><li>Medical and life insurance cover</li><li>Annual leave</li><li>Medical and life insurance cover</li><li>Company gratuity scheme</li><li>Discretionary bonus scheme</li><li>Annual flight allowance to point of origin<br></li></ul>SNC-Lavalin is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforce.
