Job description:<br><br><p><strong>Job Description <br><br></strong></p><p> <br><br></p><ul> <li>Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations’ efficiency and productivity. </li> <li>Statistical/Analytical skills to study Data, analyze trends, and go into KPIs.</li> <li>Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.</li> <li>Perform audits and follow ups on all Ground Operations actions to ensure they work according to standards and that a high level of performance and productivity is maintained.</li> <li>Have an interest in researching new technologies, tools to improve operational performance</li> <li>Working within aramex global support office overseeing and supporting Aramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.</li> <li>Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations. </li> <li>Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work.</li> <li>Being able to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.</li> <li>Background in data visualization using BI tools.</li> </ul><p>  <br><br></p><p> <br><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements <br><br></strong></p><p> <br><br></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s in industrial engineering.</li> <li>1 – 3 Years of experience in the same field.</li> <li>Excellent command of English.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.</li> <li>Analytical and problem-solving Skills.</li> <li>Team spirit.</li> <li>Interpersonal and communication skills.</li> </ul><p> <br><br><br><br></p>Profile description:<br><br><p>Aramex International L.
