<p><strong>Core Network Senior Engineer</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>3-month contract, possibly extendable</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Skillset:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deep understanding and experience of packet core planning &amp; design, especially for 4G &amp; 5G.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deep understanding of 4G &amp; 5G network architecture and topology.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Significant experience with design and planning aspects of the core network when it comes to multi-operator RAN sharing, especially MOCN.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of design and planning challenges and issues for MOCN, for example load balancing.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience and knowledge of the technical aspects of multi-operator sharing agreements.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have a “Consultant” mindset, able to engage confidently and authoritatively with Client senior management, able to think strategically.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Skilled at making presentations and reports.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in Arabic &amp; English.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience level:</strong> 10 years core planning &amp; design experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Day to day function:</strong> Working as part of our in-country consultancy team, provide high level core network planning and design consulting services to the Client, develop the Client’s Technical Strategy, Network Architecture and Network Sharing agreements, especially with respect to multi-operator network sharing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong> Competitive salary, accommodation, subsistence, local transport, international flights, visa.</p>
